We had a wonderful weekend in NO, a notable exception being the driving around that crazy place, at this Tribal Pura workshop weekend. Meg and Carolena are a great teaching team. It was so nice to see them again and get to be in the classes. I was happy that my student Heather made it for Saturday, and we teamed up with Laura from Tribal Wallah when spliting into groups, making up the only NW FL group. Friday we went to the Dragon's Den in the Quarter to see NO Madic so we really enjoyed getting to see them dance and visiting with them.

Thanks so much Shannon and Kate for making this possible! It had to be a huge project with so many well thought-out plans for it. And thanks to Carolena and Meg for the wonderful workshops. I am so glad I got to go this time!
